How the baler works
1. Working principle of automatic baler
The packaged object is generally placed in the middle of the baler. First, the right top body rises, the front end of the belt is pressed, and the belt is tightened and tied to the object. Then the left top body rises, pressing the appropriate position of the lower belt, and the heating sheet extends into the two sides. In the middle of the strap, the middle top knife rises, cuts the strap, and sends the next bundle of straps into place. A baler is a machine that wraps a product or package with a strap, then tightens it and fuses the ends by thermal effect or uses a material such as a buckle. The great advantage of the automatic baler: the efficiency is relatively high.
2. The main difference between the working principle of the semi-automatic baler and the fully automatic baler
Semi-automatic balers require manual strapping, while automatic balers do not.
