Extrusion line for PET straps is a kind of equipment that produce bands using different materials such as plastic, steel, aluminum and wood. Straps can be used to bundle goods together, improve containment strength and to secure a load to a shipping pallet.

The material of our straps is made from 100% recycled PP flakes and is produced in accordance with the latest international standards on environmental protection. It is an ideal substitute for traditional steel straps and has a lot of advantages including high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, low prolongation rate, good extension, non-rustiness and low cost.

UPSTRUCTION OF THE MATERIAL

 Line receives the melt from a vacuum reactor, then directly links with a single screw extruder. The process is extremely energy efficient thanks to a combination of fine melt filtration and vacuum drying. Its decisive quality bonus is the fact that residual moisture and other harmful chemical contaminants are already removed prior to extrusion.

AUTOMATIC FEEDING OF THE MATERIAL

The entire PP/PET strap production line is automatic. The feeding is carried out through four double spin pumps which ensure a constant flow of material. This process is performed in a controlled environment with the help of a PLC controlling system.

SUITABLE FOR ALL MATERIALS

Line is suitable for processing any PET flakes, even those that have been dried and crystallised. It also processes shredded preforms and shredded strapping. It can also process a mixture of these materials.
